I’m watching how the conflict involving Iran could put pressure on the finances sustaining Ukraine’s defense. Here is how that possibility connects with my recorded warnings about oil, the dollar, Russia’s advance and changing alliances, and the developments I want you to follow with me.

I’m watching the conflict involving Iran with a particular concern: could its economic consequences help create the conditions I saw concerning Russia and Ukraine? In my April 15, 2022 vision, the ability of the United States and its European allies to finance Ukraine’s defense became a decisive part of the war. Oil, currencies and government finances were connected to what happened on the battlefield. That sequence is why I believe the present energy pressure deserves our attention.

The warning I shared before the full invasion
On September 6, 2021, I shared the account of the trumpet and the marching army. I heard a sound resembling a shofar, the synchronized footsteps of an immense army and the word Ararat. I understood it as a warning of approaching war connected to Russia, with possible involvement from Asia or China. I published that account before Russia’s February 2022 full invasion of Ukraine. I also discussed Ezekiel 38 while leaving the precise identification of that war open. The nations and the military movement were what first drew my attention.

In my April 2022 vision of the falling dollar and Russia’s advance, I saw major oil transactions move toward other currencies. I saw European economies weaken, followed by the United States and Western NATO allies becoming financially unable to sustain military assistance to Ukraine. Russia then advanced as Ukraine’s support diminished. I also saw a distressed woman write Paris on a dollar bill. I want you to notice the order of those details: financial distress came before the military shift. That is the connection I am watching now.
How pressure from Iran could reach Ukraine
The IMF’s October 1 briefing described elevated energy costs, persistent inflation and rising borrowing costs. It reported refined fuel prices between 60 and 97 percent above their pre-conflict levels, with refining capacity under strain. Bond markets were still functioning in an orderly manner. I see a reason to watch whether prolonged pressure on fuel and public finances begins to constrain the governments helping Ukraine. If those costs keep rising, sustaining that assistance could become more difficult.
Reuters reported on October 5 that Middle Eastern crude exports had recovered above pre-war levels during part of September even as tanker attacks increased. That recovery matters, and I am watching whether it lasts. Crude shipments, usable fuel supplies and shipping security each affect the picture. Iran was not named as the initiating event in my April vision; I am examining the present conflict as a possible catalyst for the financial sequence I described.
Ukraine’s financing is another point I am following closely. The IMF’s briefing said its next program reviews depended on credible financing assurances. NATO’s current guidance also describes continuing assistance and deliveries to Ukraine. Those commitments give us something concrete to follow: whether promised support becomes sustained deliveries, or whether financing problems begin to interrupt it. The point of my earlier warning was the moment financial weakness changed the course of the war.
The alliances I saw forming
In my May 5, 2022 dream, I watched a map change until Ukraine appeared under Russian control. The scene then shifted to Moscow, where I saw Persian and Asian delegations, including India, and stronger alliances forming around Russia. The Persian detail is one reason I am paying close attention to Iran. NATO identifies Iranian weapons and Chinese industrial support among the different forms of assistance Russia receives. Those relationships make the alliance dimension of my warning relevant to the developments before us.

I also return to the dream I had on May 18, 2022 and published the following day. I saw Russian aircraft and an airborne invasion, followed by Russian and Chinese troops together in a coastal city. I could not identify the city or country, and the late-summer details supplied no calendar year. I am watching for movement from cooperation and supplies toward direct joint military action, because that would bring the present alliances closer to the kind of operation I saw.
What I am watching next
I am watching fuel prices and refinery capacity, government borrowing costs, oil agreements involving other currencies, and the actual flow of military assistance into Ukraine. I am also watching for deeper military coordination among Russia, Iran and China. If financial pressure begins to reduce Western support while Russia’s position strengthens, that combination would bring several details of my April 2022 warning into closer focus. These are specific developments you can follow with me as we consider how the warning may unfold.
How Scripture guides my response
In Matthew 24:6-8, Jesus speaks of wars and conflict between nations while instructing His disciples to remain steady. He describes these troubles within the beginning of sorrows. I take that instruction seriously: I want us attentive to what is developing and faithful in how we respond. In 1 Thessalonians 5:20-21, Paul calls believers to receive prophecy seriously, examine what is presented and hold to what is good. I have linked my original publications so you can read what I recorded and follow the developments alongside me.
