Today is Monday, April 21, 2025, and major headlines are making waves across the globe: Pope Francis has officially been pronounced dead at 7:35 AM this morning, sending shockwaves throughout the prophetic community. Many are already speculating whether this marks a significant sign pointing to the soon-coming rapture and tribulation period.

If you search on Google or YouTube, you'll already find hundreds of videos trending, many referencing either the St. Malachy Prophecies or the Nostradamus predictions concerning the final Pope and the end times.

Now, it's important to point out that the so-called prophecies of St. Malachy have long been proven to have been altered and fabricated, so we can safely dismiss those claims.

But what cannot be ignored is the truly prophetic timing of this event—it occurs just one day after Resurrection Sunday, also known as Easter. That in itself may hold a far greater significance than most realize.

Just ten days before Easter Sunday this year, on April 10, 2025, I released a prophetic dream involving a surge of volcanic eruptions and earthquakes across the United States. That dream came exactly 10 days before Resurrection Sunday, which immediately caught my attention. In Scripture, the number 10 is not random. It represents completion, divine order, and often judgment—from the Ten Commandments to the ten plagues of Egypt to the ten days of tribulation spoken of in Revelation 2:10:

“These are the words of him who is the First and the Last, who died and came to life again. 9 I know your afflictions and your poverty—yet you are rich! I know about the slander of those who say they are Jews and are not, but are a synagogue of Satan. 10 Do not be afraid of what you are about to suffer. I tell you, the devil will put some of you in prison to test you, and you will suffer persecution for ten days. Be faithful, even to the point of death, and I will give you life as your victor’s crown.”

This warning concerns dealing with impersonations, false identities, counterfeits, and those pretending to be someone or something that they are not. Today's warning is also likened to the warnings of the lukewarm Church: those not just pretending to be Jewish but are not, but the Christians who outwardly appear to be Christian but inwardly are far from Jesus.

I believe this is what this is about…

The last time I had a prophetic dream about volcanic and earthquake activity was on April 2, 2021, precisely two days before Easter Sunday, April 4, 2021. That dream marked the beginning of a wave of massive prophetic events that would unfold the following month, May 2021, and all of them carried profound connections to Israel and the end-time timeline.

At the time, I didn't fully understand the symbolism behind the dream scenes of fire, smoke, and a shaking earth—until the Lord later led me to Exodus 19:18, where the covenant at Mount Sinai is described in the same imagery:

“Now Mount Sinai was altogether on a smoke, because the Lord descended upon it in fire: and the smoke thereof ascended as the smoke of a furnace, and the whole mount quaked greatly.”

This moment marked the giving of the Ten Commandments, and it's remembered every year in the Jewish feast of Shavuot—the Festival of Weeks, or Festival of Reaping. This festival concludes seven weeks after Passover and leads directly into Pentecost. This year, Shavuot ends on June 1, and Pentecost falls on June 8, setting the stage again for prophetic timing.

And what followed that April 2, 2021 dream was not vague or general—it was a series of precise, date-stamped prophetic dreams—first about Queen Elizabeth's passing and a coming war in Europe, then a warning of China launching an attack on the United States initiating World War 3, and finally a dream foretelling a financial crisis centered in France that would impact the U.S. dollar and trigger a global economic collapse—each of which I documented in detail during May 2021.

🔹 May 10, 2021 – Queen Elizabeth Appears Before the Lord

I saw Queen Elizabeth standing before the Lord, surrounded by a great cloud of witnesses. The dream carried a strong sense of divine finality. I knew the Lord was signaling her soon passing. ➡️ FULFILLED: Queen Elizabeth II passed away on September 8, 2022. Just months prior, Russia launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022—the first major war in Europe since World War II, shifting the geopolitical order and fulfilling the warning from this dream.

🔹 May 17, 2021 – The U.S. in Global War and China's Strike

In this dream, I saw the United States amid a global war. Factories were producing weapons at full scale, and the nation was visibly strained—economically unstable and emotionally fatigued. ➡️ PARTIALLY FULFILLED: While a full strike hasn't occurred, the U.S. is entrenched in military posturing against China and Russia. There has been a sharp rise in weapon manufacturing and arms shipments, especially to Ukraine and Taiwan. Meanwhile, economic strain in the U.S. has reached crisis levels—with rising interest rates, record-breaking inflation, and crippling national debt, amplified by international tariff disputes.

🔹 May 22, 2021 – A Warning from France: "PARIS" on the Dollar

I saw a distressed woman calling out from France, holding up a $1 U.S. dollar bill. She wrote the word "PARIS" across it in bold, black ink. ➡️ IN FULFILLMENT: France has come under intense scrutiny for its proposed recognition of a Palestinian state. This move directly opposes Israel's sovereignty and aligns with the biblical warning in Joel 3:2 about dividing God's land. At the same time, France's central role in global economic dialogue is under pressure, with the U.S. dollar facing instability, currency devaluation, and massive debt exposure threatening its global dominance.

The timing of these events is not only significant—it is prophetic.

On April 10, 2025, I received a dream from the Lord involving earthquakes and volcanic eruptions—a direct warning that shaking was coming not only to the land but to the systems of the world. I saw fissures breaking through familiar landscapes and knew in my Spirit: this was not symbolic only—it was literal.

Then, just one day later, on April 11, a 5.2 magnitude earthquake struck San Diego County, California, shaking a central region along the West Coast.

By April 19, only two days before Easter, two more earthquakes were reported:

A 4.3 magnitude quake in Anchorage, Alaska

A 3.4 magnitude quake in California City

That's three significant earthquakes in less than ten days, all within the lead-up to the resurrection celebration of Christ—the very moment we declare victory over death, and the birth of new life in the Spirit.

Then came Easter Sunday.

And just hours later, on Easter Monday, April 21, 2025, the world was rocked again—this time by a different kind of shaking:

Pope Francis is pronounced dead at 7:35 AM.

These events are not disconnected. They are layered. They are aligned.

And they are prophetic.

“For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be famines and earthquakes in various places. All these are but the beginning of the birth pains.”

Jesus warned that one of the first signs preceding the end of the age would be earthquakes in various places—and not just as natural disasters, but as birth pangs, signaling that something is about to be born, or revealed. These quakes are not merely geological—they are spiritual alarms, echoing the voice of Heaven saying:

"Pay attention. The labor has begun."

“See that you do not refuse Him who is speaking… At that time His voice shook the earth, but now He has promised, ‘Yet once more I will shake not only the earth but also the heavens.’”

🌑 The Black Moon Sign – December 30, 2024

On December 30, 2024, a rare Black Moon occurred—the second new moon in a single Gregorian month. While it wasn't visible to the naked eye, its prophetic significance cannot be overstated.

In the past 100 years, a Black Moon has only appeared in December six times, and each time was followed by a significant global event about two years later:

1942 → D-Day (1944)

1961 → JFK Assassination (1963)

1999 → 9/11 (2001)

2018 → COVID-19 (2020)

This 2024 Black Moon may be another prophetic countdown.

It's important to note: Black Moons don't exist in the Hebrew calendar, which begins each month with a new moon, meaning two new moons can't occur in the same biblical month. That alone speaks of division—a theme tied to the number 2, which often represents judgment and the dividing of Israel (Joel 3:2).

This may be a warning of a coming global disruption, spiritual division, or the revealing of truth versus deception. And already, just four months later, the signs are appearing:

Earthquakes. Prophetic dreams. The death of Pope Francis.

⚠️ Is Pope Francis’s Death a Sign of the End Times?

Many are asking:

"Is Pope Francis’s passing the day after Easter a prophetic sign?"

I believe the answer is a resounding yes.

The Bible warns us that before the end comes, there will be a great falling away—not just in the world, but within the Church itself:

“Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first…”

— 2 Thessalonians 2:3

“Because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold.”

— Matthew 24:12

We are witnessing this in real time.

Pope Francis’s death on Easter Monday, the day after the Church celebrated the resurrection of Christ, feels prophetically symbolic of a spiritual death, a closing curtain over the modern Church era—a final transition.

The Bible tells us that when the time of the Gentiles is fulfilled, God's prophetic clock turns once again to Israel. We are about to enter the final seven-year period—the 70th week of Daniel’s prophecy (Daniel 9:24-27), known as the tribulation.

And I’m not just saying this from behind a pulpit or a podcast mic—my wife and I have seen it firsthand.

Over the last several months, we’ve visited over 20 churches throughout the Houston, TX area, and what we’ve witnessed has devastated us.

Not only is there a complete absence of the true Gospel being preached, but there’s no call to repentance, no mention of sin, no preaching of Christ’s return, and no warning of judgment.

In one of the largest Baptist churches in Houston, we watched a full-on Santa Claus pageant replace the birth of Christ, on the very stage meant to proclaim the Gospel.

At another, there were Easter bunnies and egg hunts, but not a word about the Resurrection of Jesus.

We’ve seen paganism dressed up as worship, lukewarmness from the pulpits, and prosperity preaching promising worldly comfort instead of eternal truth.

One pastor, from a conservative Baptist megachurch, even stood up and denied the Resurrection. He rejected the rapture and told his congregation they were destined for judgment and destruction.

“Having a form of godliness but denying its power. Turn away from such people.”

I couldn’t believe my ears.

In all the churches we visited, only one seemed to hold still firm, to preach truth still, to still burn with conviction—just one.

That alone tells me:

👉 A massive shift is coming.

👉 Judgment will begin in the house of God (1 Peter 4:17).

👉 The shaking that is coming will hit the Church the hardest.

And when it does, it will separate the true from the false, the wheat from the tares, the sheep from the goats. The Bride will be refined, and the lukewarm will be spewed out.

“Because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth.”

Six Indicators of the Pope's Passing as a Warning to the Church of an Approaching Tribulation Period

🔥 1. Timing: The Day After the Resurrection

Easter Monday represents the first full day after the resurrection of Christ, a symbolic "new beginning" or a transition from death to life.

The Pope—the highest earthly figure in the Catholic Church, seen by many as a shepherd of the global church—dying the day after the Resurrection may prophetically signify:

The end of an age or spiritual leadership as we knew it.

A transition into the next prophetic season—possibly the final one before the rise of the false prophet or Antichrist (Revelation 13).

🕊️ 2. The Shepherd Is Struck

Zachariah 13:7-9, concerning the end times, the Bible says,

"Awake, sword, against my shepherd,

    against the man who is close to me!”

    declares the Lord Almighty.

“Strike the shepherd,

    And the sheep will be scattered,

    And I will turn my hand against the little ones.

8 In the whole land,” declares the Lord,

    “Two-thirds will be struck down and perish;

    Yet one-third will be left in it.

9 This third I will put into the fire;

    I will refine them like silver

    and test them like gold.

They will call on my name

    And I will answer them;

I will say, ‘They are my people,’

    and they will say, ‘The Lord is our God.’”

While this originally pointed to Jesus, it can reverberate prophetically when foremost spiritual leaders die in pivotal moments.

Pope Francis's death could symbolize God allowing a spiritual covering to be lifted from the institutional Church, foreshadowing greater apostasy or deception (2 Thess. 2:3).

“Don't be fooled by what they say. For that day will not come until there is a great rebellion against God and the man of lawlessness is revealed—the one who brings destruction”

Zachariah 11:15-17 about the false prophet and the false shepherd:

Then the Lord said to me, “Take again the equipment of a foolish shepherd. "For I am going to raise up a shepherd over the land who will not care for the lost, or seek the young, or heal the injured, or feed the healthy, but will eat the meat of the choice sheep, tearing off their hooves." “Woe to the worthless shepherd, who deserts the flock! May the sword strike his arm and his right eye! May his arm be completely withered, his right eye totally blinded!”

🧊 3. A Cold Ending to a Lukewarm Era?

Revelation 3:16 Jesus warns the church of Laodicea— "Because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth."

Many viewed Pope Francis's papacy as one of compromise, focusing more on unity and climate than repentance and salvation, and being one of the most anti-Semitic/anti-Israel popes in history.

His death immediately following the resurrection celebration might symbolize judgment upon a lukewarm religious institution—a warning that God is drawing a line between authentic faith and global religious unity devoid of truth.

🏛️ 4. The Restrainer Being Removed?

2 Thessalonians 2:6-7 speaks of a “restrainer” who holds back the Antichrist until taken out of the way.

"And now you know what is holding him back, so that he may be revealed at the proper time. For the secret power of lawlessness is already at work; but the one who now holds it back will continue to do so till he is taken out of the way."

Some interpret this as the Holy Spirit working through the Church; others see it as tied to institutions or global figures.

Could the death of a significant spiritual figure on a symbolic day signal the removal of a restraining force, making way for a new world religious leader, possibly the False Prophet?

🧬 5. False Resurrection to Come?

Easter is about resurrection—true resurrection in Christ.

The Pope's death right after Easter may be a dark counterfeit mirror, suggesting that a false resurrection, or false messiah, may soon arise (Revelation 13:3 speaks of the beast whose wound was healed, astonishing the world).

This could be a prophetic foreshadowing of great deception—the rise of a global religious leader or movement that appears "Christian" but denies its power (2 Tim 3:1-5).

"But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days. People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God— having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with such people."

The Pope is seen as a symbol of grace, forgiveness, and intercession to many.

His death right after Easter could prophetically mean:

The door of grace is closing, and the time for judgment is beginning.

Like the ten virgins in Matthew 25, the time to be prepared is running out.
