The word TAV, Strong's #8420a, is used in Ezekiel Chapter 9, similarly to the Exodus marking of the door post with bloods lamb, in connection of coming destruction to the 1st temple for Israel’s idolatry.
“Now the glory of the God of Israel went up from above the cherubim, where it had been, and moved to the threshold of the temple.
