Prophetic Vision & Word "Coming Police State"

On Thursday, April 2, 2026, while out on a walk to the gym, at approximately 7:50 -7:55 pm, I had a vision/projection followed by a prophetic revelation/word from the Holy Spirit.
While on my walk at sunset, I was listening to the Bible app at the beginning of Genesis 26, walking on the sidewalk. On one side of me were trees & bushes, and on the other side of them were businesses and parking lots.
As I was walking, I suddenly saw, out of my peripheral vision to my left, on the other side of the tree line, a black mass running fiercely and aggressively, in the shape of a black panther or even a bear. My immediate thoughts and instincts were "a beast," and I felt fear as this thing was in predatory mode and was aggressively hunting me or preparing to attack.
I immediately paused the bible app and stopped in my tracks. I noticed the "beast" mass I saw had come to a stop. When I took a closer look, I saw it was not a beast at all, but an unmarked or hidden black Ford SUV unit.
At this, I asked the Lord what it meant, and He said to me through His Holy Spirit, "This represents the coming beast, and a coming police state".
The scripture passage I was on was Genesis 26:1-3, which says,
"There was a famine in the land, besides the first famine that was in the days of Abraham. And Isaac went to Abimelech, king of the Philistines, in Gerar.
2 Then the Lord appeared to him and said, “Do not go down to Egypt; live in the land of which I shall tell you. 3 Dwell in this land, and I will be with you and bless you; for to you and your descendants I give all these lands, and I will perform the oath which I swore to Abraham your father."
I translated this to mean 4 things:
Genesis is the first book of the Bible, and the word "Genesis" means "beginning". I interpret this to indicate we are about to witness the beginning of the "sorrows" Jesus warned about as the "birthing pains" - not the tribulation period, but the transition phase that leads to the 7-year tribulation period - the end times. We are also in 2026, which could indicate that these events will happen this year. The number 26 is also the Hebrew gematria value of God's covenantal name, YHWH, given to Israel through Moses during the Exodus and Passover events.
This represents a coming famine. Famine is 1 of the 4 Biblical signs of God's judgments: the sword (civil unrest), famine (economic trouble/food & supply shortages), plague/pestilence, and war/conquest.
This is a word of warning & encouragement to the church - to be/remain obedient to Christ at all costs, despite what is coming - (unlike what occurred in 2020 when churches shut their doors and forsaken the assemblies).
This also represents a divine warning to the United States and the world concerning the division of the Land of Israel on behalf of God's covenant with Israel and the Jewish People. January 22 2026, we put forward the board of peace initiative through the DAVOS Peace Agreements concerning Gaza and Israel that seeks to divide Gaza to the "highest bidder," making Gaza the "Riviera" of the Middle East. The Bible says Gaza belongs to Judah/Israel - NOT TO THE WORLD or the United States. This follows a similar pattern of January 28, 2020, through the "Peace to Prosperity" initiative to divide Israel through a two-state solution for a Palestinian state.
