A Waking Vision on July 23, 2025 — Earthquake, the Number 23, and the Sign of the Coming Destruction

On Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at approximately 4:30 PM, while my wife and I were standing in line to get food at the food court inside the mall, I was suddenly overcome by what can only be described as a waking vision.

I felt the ground beneath my feet begin to tremble violently, as though a powerful earthquake were erupting beneath us. It was so intense that I instinctively reached out to brace myself, trying not to fall. The shaking continued for what felt like 1 to 2 minutes, yet no one around us reacted—because the shaking wasn’t natural. It wasn’t physical. There was no earthquake. It was spiritual.

As this sensation stopped, I immediately heard two numbers spoken clearly in my thoughts:

“6.7... 7.3.”

The moment I heard this, the Holy Spirit convicted me and reminded me of a prophetic dream I published on September 11, 2024—the 23rd anniversary of the 9/11 attacks.

The Prophetic Dream of September 11, 2024

In that dream, I was standing in a large cathedral-style church, unaware of my location at the time. Later, through prayer and revelation, the Lord revealed to me this was a representation of the church in America—a Church unaware, unprepared, and exposed.

There were massive stained-glass windows lining the sanctuary. I stood near the altar at the front of the church. Suddenly, a man entered, and I knew without doubt—by the Spirit—that this was one of the Seven Archangels of the Lord, specifically the one who oversees death. This was not a demonic spirit, but a holy messenger from the Lord assigned to execute judgment over nations and peoples, as seen in Exodus 12:23 and Revelation 9:15.

Then I turned and looked to the east, through the stained glass windows, and saw a massive ocean tsunami rising toward the church. Turning to the west, I saw raging wildfires consuming the land.

I understood this by the Holy Spirit to represent destruction coming both from the east and the west—symbolizing coastal judgment decreed upon the northeastern United States, including New York City, Washington D.C., Boston, and Baltimore.

I turned to the Archangel and asked, “Is it time?” Immediately, I heard a thunderous voice from heaven—the voice of the Heavenly Father—respond:

“No. Now is not the time. Watch for the sign that will occur through an earthquake which will indicate when the destruction is coming.”

Then I woke.

Notre Dame Revelation

Several months after the dream was published, I was shown by the Spirit that the cathedral in my vision was not just a symbolic building. It was later confirmed to be Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris, France, which is scheduled to officially reopen to the public on December 7–8, 2024—almost exactly three months after the dream was given.

This timing is prophetic. Notre Dame, which burned in 2019, symbolized both the glory and the fall of institutional religion in the West. Its restoration and reopening represents a false resurrection—a symbolic image of the apostate church rising again in the last days, cloaked in beauty but filled with compromise (see Revelation 17).

Its reopening marks a spiritual turning point—the beginning of final warnings before the release of judgments upon the nations. That revelation, tied to the timing of the 23rd anniversary of 9/11, is not coincidental but divinely orchestrated.

The Significance of the Number 23

The timing of both the dream (on the 23rd anniversary of 9/11) and the waking vision (July 23, 2025) was not coincidental. The Holy Spirit revealed the number 23 to be prophetically significant in relation to judgment and the spirit of Jezebel.

In 2 Kings 9:22, Jezebel’s reign is characterized by witchcraft, harlotry, and manipulation of power. Historically, Queen Jezebel ruled for 23 years over the Northern Kingdom through her influence over King Ahab. This number now prophetically represents the fullness of her dominion and the time appointed for her fall.

As it is written in 2 Kings 9:30–37, Jezebel’s demise came suddenly, violently, and without warning—thrown down from a high place, devoured by dogs, and left without remembrance. This mirrors the spiritual fall of America, as her sins have reached their fullness. Twenty-three years signifies the measure of rebellion being complete and the judgment appointed.

July 22, 2025 — Sodom, Gomorrah, and the 24-Year Pattern

The day before this waking vision, on July 22, 2025, I was reading from Genesis 14, where Abraham rescues Lot. As I meditated on this passage, the Holy Spirit stirred my spirit deeply, indicating the significance of that chapter to the present time.

Genesis 14 marks the beginning of the conflict between the righteous remnant (Abraham) and the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah. But it wasn't until Genesis 19, 24 years later, that judgment finally came. The Spirit revealed that we are now standing in the 24th year—that is, the final year before destruction.

Just as Sodom was warned, just as the outcry against it grew louder, so too is the cry against America rising. And just as judgment tarried for a season—24 years—now it shall come suddenly.

The Feast of Trumpets — September 23, 2025 / Rosh Hashanah 5786

Exactly two months from this vision, the biblical Feast of Trumpets (Yom Teruah) will occur on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, marking the beginning of the Jewish New Year, 5786.

The Feast of Trumpets is the day of awakening, alarm, and coronation—a prophetic foreshadow of the Day of the Lord, the return of the Messiah, and the gathering of the elect (Matthew 24:31). It is a day the shofar (ram’s horn) is blown to awaken the people to repentance, warning, and preparation.

The connection between the numbers 6.7 and 7.3, the 23rd day, the Feast of Trumpets, and the 24-year pattern is not only precise—it is divine.

5786 may mark a pivotal year of transition, separation, and division between the righteous and the wicked. This year, the trumpet will sound louder than ever before—not only in the heavens, but through the prophetic voices on the earth.

Final Summary — What It All Means

• On July 23, 2025, I received a waking vision at approximately 4:30 PM while standing in a food court. I felt the ground violently shake beneath me as though an earthquake was occurring—yet there was none. This spiritual trembling lasted 1–2 minutes, followed by two numbers spoken into my spirit: 6.7 and 7.3. This was a divine sign.

• Immediately, the Holy Spirit reminded me of a prophetic dream published on September 11, 2024—the 23rd anniversary of 9/11. In that dream, I stood inside a grand cathedral, later revealed to be the Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris, which is scheduled to reopen December 7–8, 2024—a prophetic marker of the apostate church’s return and a false resurrection of Western religion.

• In the dream, I encountered the Archangel of Death, saw a tsunami from the east and fires from the west, with destruction heading toward the church. I asked, “Is it time?” and the voice of the Heavenly Father answered:

  “No. Now is not the time. Watch for the sign that will occur through an earthquake, which will indicate when the destruction is coming.”

• The number 23 is prophetically linked to Jezebel’s 23-year reign—a period marked by manipulation, idolatry, and rebellion in Israel’s history (2 Kings 9). America’s rebellion has now reached the full measure, and judgment is decreed.

• On July 22, 2025, the day prior to the waking vision, I was led to read Genesis 14, where Abraham rescues Lot. The Holy Spirit emphasized this as a prophetic warning. In Scripture, it would be 24 years later before Sodom and Gomorrah were destroyed—and the Lord revealed we have now entered that 24th year.

• In exactly two months, on September 23, 2025, the Feast of Trumpets (Yom Teruah) will mark the Jewish New Year 5786. This feast is prophetically tied to the Day of the Lord, the awakening blast, and the gathering of God’s people. This specific Feast—on the 23rd—will serve as a final trumpet warning to the Body of Messiah and the nations.

The signs are converging: the 23rd day, the 23-year pattern, the 24-year warning, the reopening of Notre Dame, and the Feast of Trumpets on September 23rd. The Lord is drawing a line. The shaking has begun.

Now is the time to repent, prepare, and be set apart. Judgment is not delayed—it is appointed. The trumpet will soon sound.
